🎄 Medicine Order Line – Christmas Ordering Reminder 🎄

As Christmas and New Year approach, the Medicine Order Line (MOL) is expecting higher demand and call volumes.

📅 Order early!
If your medication is due during the Christmas period (w/c 22nd or 29th December), you can order 14 days before your due date (instead of the usual 7).
👉 Example: If your medication is due on 25th December, you can request it from 11th December.

💊 Controlled Drugs will be issued as normal but future dated as needed.
🕒 Please order early to allow time for GP signing and pharmacy processing.

• The NHS App
• Electronic Repeat Dispensing (eRD)

🚫 MOL will be closed on:
25th December | 26th December | 1st January
