By simply extending your exhale, you trigger the Vagus Nerve—the longest nerve in your body—to release acetylcholine. Think of it as a natural tranquilizer for your heart and lungs, telling your brain it’s finally safe to relax. 🧘♂️
Give it a try:
Inhale through your nose for a count of 4.
Slowly exhale for a count of 8.
