On Tuesday evening last week team Snapp-it were invited along to meet some of the wonderful members of the Bess of Hardwick Angling Club 🎣🐟, They kindly chose Snapp-it as their charity of the year 2025. 🙌💙🙌

On the evening Hayley and Jay presented a talk giving more insight to the work we do here at Snapp-it and how it supports young people. There was a raffle prize draw and they presented us with a generous cheque donation of £2141 which is absolutely amazing!
In addition to this a total of £100 in cash winnings and £200 of gift vouchers from the raffle were also kindly gifted by the winning club members to us on the evening. Which is absolutely fantastic.

Following the cheque presentation we had the opportunity to talk to some of the members and share deep and meaningful heartfelt conversations about their personal experiences with and around mental health. 💙
They truly are a wonderful group of people who do so very much for others and raise funds for chosen charities every year, it was also wonderful to hear about all the amazing work they do with young people who attend their junior angling club. 🙌🐟🎣🙌

We would like to give a Huge Thank You to Ray and Les and the wonderful folks at SOBs Chesterfield for recommending us and putting us forward to become this years chosen charity and a Special Thank You to all the BoHAC club members for all their hard work and contribution in helping to fundraise such a generous donation.

We have already allocated the money to support 1120 young people across various clubs/ settings, so please keep your eyes peeled for upcoming posts so you can see where this goes and what a huge difference the the BoHAC have made this year. 🙌💙🙌

A huge Thank You 🙏🏻 goes out to the wonderful Alan at Hollingwood Sheds for creating another x1000 of these wonderful laser engraved wooden key-rings for us with the Snapp-it logo on one side and the App QR on the other. 📱💙

Alan individually laser engraves these key-rings for us to put inside our wellbeing packs that go out to support young people across the county, these are in high demand and our stock has completely run out again so another x1000 currently being produced.
The workmanship, time and effort that goes into each one really shows. I would definitely recommend these to anyone looking for similar personalised products.🙌💙🙌
