I’m so happy to share that Espiritu Cacao ceremonial cacao is now available at Serenity Yard 🤎
I currently have the ceremonial powdered cacao in stock — £12.95 — and I can order in any other size or product from the Espíritu range if you’re looking for something specific.
You might notice this cacao comes in powdered form rather than a solid block — and that’s intentional.
The powder makes it incredibly easy to work with.
No chopping. No shaving. No waiting for large chunks to melt.
It blends smoothly, measures easily, and is perfect whether you’re preparing a full ceremonial cup or working with smaller, intentional amounts.
It’s ideal for: • beginners exploring cacao for the first time
• regular ritual use
• microdosing
• adding into smoothies or elixirs
• or those who simply want ease and consistency
Espíritu cacao is ethically sourced, deeply rich, and created with respect for the plant and its origins. It carries that beautiful balance of grounding and gentle heart opening that makes cacao such a powerful ally.
Coming soon…
🤎 Serenity Yard’s very own bespoke cacao hearts — exclusively crafted for us and infused with blue lotus and lavender. A blend created for spiritual depth, softness and calm.
If you’d like to reserve a pouch of powdered cacao or ask any questions, just message me 🤎

Sip into Balance — Day Seven | Crown
Today we complete the journey at the crown.
The crown chakra sits at the top of the head and relates to perspective, awareness, and connection. It’s less about “ascending” and more about integrating — allowing everything you’ve moved through this week to sit together.
When this centre is steady, we tend to feel spacious and clear. Able to hold life without gripping it too tightly. There’s a quiet sense of trust.
When unsettled, it can show up as disconnection, overthinking, rigid beliefs, or feeling unanchored.
For today’s blend I’ve kept it light and integrating:
Lemon Balm to steady the nervous system.
Lavender for mental spaciousness.
Rose Petals to keep the heart involved.
Chamomile for gentle calm.
It’s not a dramatic tea.
It’s a settling one.
To brew:
Add 1–2 teaspoons to freshly boiled water. Cover and steep for 10–15 minutes before straining.
This isn’t about reaching something higher.
It’s about recognising what’s already here.
Thank you for sharing this week with me 🤍

Sip into Balance — Day Six | Third Eye
Today we move into the third eye.
This chakra governs perception, clarity, and discernment. It’s less about mystical visions and more about trusting your own judgement.
When steady, we feel clear and observant.
When unsettled, it can show up as overthinking, mental fog, or second-guessing ourselves.
Today’s blend supports clarity rather than dreaming:
Eyebright for clear perception.
Lavender to calm mental noise.
Rosemary to sharpen focus.
A small touch of Mugwort for subtle depth.
To brew:
Add 1–2 teaspoons to freshly boiled water. Cover and steep for 10–15 minutes before straining.
This isn’t about forcing insight.
It’s about quieting the noise enough to hear your own knowing.
Tomorrow we complete the journey 🤍

Aqua Sonos 💧✨
Another absolutely beautiful evening of water and sound healing.
I keep these sessions to just 6 souls because I want it to feel safe, spacious and intimate. No big groups. No rush. Just you, the water, and the sound.
You’re supported by the comfiest floats (yes… you can completely fall asleep on them 😌), heated eye masks warming you into deep rest, and our wonderful lifeguard quietly watching over everything so you can fully let go.
What I see again and again…
People sleep better afterwards — not just that night, but often for up to 7 nights.
Chakras feel rebalanced.
Emotions soften.
Bodies unclench.
Nervous systems properly exhale.
And here’s the powerful bit…
You’re not just floating on the water — you’re immersed in it.
When your body is in warm water:
💧 The gentle hydrostatic pressure supports circulation and lymphatic flow.
💧 Your nervous system drops into rest-and-repair mode.
💧 Being fully surrounded by water increases that feeling of safety and containment.
💧 Sound travels faster and deeper through water, so you don’t just hear it… you feel it moving through your whole body.
Floating above water is lovely… but being held in it is something else entirely. It’s womb-like. It’s elemental. It’s deeply regulating.
It’s one of my favourite offerings because I get to watch people arrive carrying the weight of everything… and leave softer, lighter, quieter inside.
If your body has been craving deep rest — this might be your invitation 💙

Sip into Balance — Day Five | Throat
Today we move into the throat.
The throat chakra governs communication and authenticity. It’s less about being loud and more about being clear.
When steady, we tend to express ourselves calmly and listen well.
When unsettled, it can show up as holding back, over-explaining, or tension in the jaw and neck.
Today’s blend feels fresh and clarifying:
Peppermint for clarity.
Spearmint for softness.
Sage for grounded truth.
Thyme for gentle courage.
To brew:
Add 1–2 teaspoons to freshly boiled water. Cover and steep for 10–15 minutes before straining.
You don’t need to say everything perfectly.
You just need to say what’s true.
Day Six tomorrow 🟣

Sip into Balance — Day Four | Heart
Today we arrive at the heart.
The heart chakra sits at the centre of the chest and acts as the bridge between the lower and upper chakras — where instinct meets insight, where strength meets softness.
It governs love, connection, compassion, and balance — not just in how we relate to others, but in how we relate to ourselves.
When this centre is steady, we feel open without being overwhelmed.
Warm without overextending.
Connected while still rooted in ourselves.
When it’s unsettled, it can show up as guardedness, emotional sensitivity, over-giving, or difficulty receiving support.
For today’s blend I’ve chosen herbs that feel balanced and quietly supportive:
Hawthorn Leaf for gentle heart support and steadiness.
Rose Petals for softness and warmth.
Lemon Balm to calm the system and keep things even.
Calendula for light and subtle brightness.
It’s not a heavy blend.
It’s about staying open and grounded at the same time.
To brew:
Add 1–2 teaspoons to freshly boiled water. Cover and steep for 10–15 minutes before straining.
Today isn’t about fixing your heart.
It’s about tending to it.
Day Five tomorrow 🔵
