Our Ascend Leadership Academy met face to face this week for a workshop. This is our new academy that spots and supports future Managers as they take their first steps into leadership.

From building confidence to strengthening people skills, it’s all about learning, growing and getting ready for what’s next. Because at ivolve, we invest in people early - not just when they step into the role.

That’s a number that matters, because behind it are people with skills, passions, and so much to offer.

This World Autism Awareness Month, we’re celebrating what’s possible when the right support is in place alongside the National Autistic Society 💚

We support people to explore jobs, volunteering, and meaningful day opportunities through our Strive model - building confidence, independence and a sense of purpose along the way. Because everyone deserves the chance to feel valued, included, and proud of what they do.

Thinking about “what comes next” can feel like a big step 💚

That’s why we’re at the Preparing for Adulthood Transition Event today in collaboration with Hull City Council at Princes Quay - Hull.

Andrea, our Partnership Development Manager for the North, and the Manager from our Humberston home are there ready to chat, answer questions, and help families and young people explore their next steps.

From finding the right home to building confidence and independence, it all starts with a conversation.

✨ Giving back to our Colchester community ✨

The team and people we support at our specialist mental health supported living home, International House, in Colchester have been doing something pretty amazing.

Together, they collected and donated over 80kg of food to Colchester Foodbank! 👏

Sky and Aaron, the people we support, played a big part in making it happen - helping organise the donations and bringing everyone together for a great cause.

We believe our homes should be part of the communities around them. That means supporting local people, building connections and giving back wherever we can.

A huge well done to everyone involved. We’re incredibly proud of you all. 💚

to a special moment a few weeks ago… 👀

Our team recently visited Ty Heulog to see the latest progress on our brand-new nursing home in Cardiff and it’s really starting to come to life.

Joined by our new Manager Nia, we walked through the space imagining what it will soon become:
✨ A welcoming home for 32 people
✨ Specialist nursing & complex support
✨ A place where people can live full, meaningful lives

There’s still work to do, but the excitement is definitely building.

That’s more than a statistic. It represents everyday moments that can feel difficult when understanding and acceptance aren’t there.

This National Autism Acceptance Month, we’re proud to support the work of the National Autistic Society in raising awareness and encouraging greater understanding.

At ivolve, helping people feel confident in their communities is an important part of the support we provide. Through our Strive approach, we work alongside people we support to set meaningful goals - building confidence, learning new skills and finding ways to enjoy the world around them.

🐣🌼 Happy Easter from everyone at ivolve 💚

Today across our homes there’ll be egg hunts, baking, crafts, spring walks and plenty of chocolate!

But more than anything, it’s a day about spending time together. Sharing laughs, making memories and enjoying the small moments that make life feel special.

to a special day at Tenpenny House 💚

Yesterday, we had a site visit at Tenpenny House, our new residential care home in Colchester, and welcomed professionals and commissioners to come and see the progress for themselves.

Walking through the home together with our partners JEM Property, sharing stories, and talking about the people who will one day call this place home brought everything to life in a ✨magical✨ way!

Home like these are more than bricks and mortar. They're future homes for people to feel safe, supported and able to live life their way.

Thank you to everyone that came along and shared the journey with us. Here's to June!
