Do you have a passion for raising standards and improving lives in care homes?
We’re looking for an experienced, Nurse Qualified care leader to drive quality, inspire teams, and achieve excellence across our homes.

What you’ll do:
• Support and mentor Home Managers to reach Good or Outstanding CQC ratings
• Lead quality improvement initiatives that truly change lives
• Travel across our region to deliver hands-on support and guidance
• Promote a culture of excellence, compassion, and continuous improvement

Mandale House Care Home is hosting Health & Social Care student Evie who is on placement for 6 weeks. Evie says “I’ve always wanted to help people, doing my placement at Mandale is going great. Seeing the practical aspects of H&S care is building my confidence in my planned career. Interacting with residents is fascinating, I’ve been helping Arthur today, he told me about his life and being a welder, and as my dad’s a welder we definitely bonded.”

Following an international drive to recruit nurses Hill Care is delighted to welcome our first group of overseas professionals. Sending a big Hill Care hello to Angie, Ashley, Celayee and Henen from countries as far apart as the Philippines and Swaziland in southern Africa. Everyone enjoyed an in-depth induction with international recruitment officer Lucie Lloyd.

At Briarwood Care Home in , newly qualified Care Home Assistant Practitioner (CHAP) Sarah has been supporting residents and honing her observational skills. This week it was checking everyone’s blood pressure and talking about Parkinson’s disease with resident Paul. He said, “Sarah’s a great lass, she helped to calm my fears about Parkinson’s.”
