๐Today I had the privilege of playing my very first sound bath for a lovely group of women๐
Iโll admit, I was nervous โ but once I settled in and let the sound flow, my nerves began to ease.
It was a powerful reminder that stepping outside our comfort zone is where growth can begin.๐๐
