Guinness World Record holder Clare Wookey for open water swimming recently took on the Chill Tubs Lite at Solace Wellness Centre and it’s safe to say she handled it with complete calm and control. A face of real bravery.

Sitting in the ice bath for over 15 minutes, she looked up, smiled and said: “This is my happy place.”

It’s a powerful reminder that stillness doesn’t always come from comfort. Sometimes it’s found in the cold, in the challenge, and in those moments where we meet ourselves head-on.

A huge thank you to Solace Wellness Centre and Clare Wookey for capturing such an incredible moment.
