New Beginnings Clinical Hypnotherapy Sally is a Clinical Hypnotherapist based in Chesterfield, Derbyshire and is able to change any negative behaviours or thoughts in order to improve life.

I believe that the ability to change our lives lies within each and every one of us and by accessing our own subconscious mind and understanding why we think, feel and act as we do, we are able to make positive changes. It is amazing to see the powerful changes that hypnotherapy can bring about in us all for a wide range of issues.

Dolly, making the most of my SAD box(seasonal affective disorder) on this gloomy day. The light box mimics natural daylight, increasing serotonin and elevating mood. I find it really helpful and would recommend to anyone who struggles with the gloom of winter.
