I’ve been a little quiet this week.

Truthfully, the Eclipse Doorway has felt less like a gentle transition and more like a total renovation. Life has been 'lifing' loudly, and as much as I talk about rest, even I have to remind myself to drop the anchor when the waters get choppy.

As the sap rises and Spring begins to push through the cold earth, I’m seeing this theme everywhere: Big life change is here. It’s messy, it’s vulnerable, and it requires a deeper level of self-honesty than we are used to.

If you are feeling the 'loud lifing' of this portal, please know you don't have to navigate it at full speed or on your own.

Next Wednesday (March 4th), we gather in Whaley Bridge for Nap Club. An hour and a half to lay it all down. To stop figuring it out and just be.

And for those who need a private sanctuary to integrate these big shifts, the Buxton Rest Nest has 1:1 spaces held for you this Sunday.

Let’s land together. 🌿

This week feels big. Between the half-term juggle and the high energy of this New Moon/Eclipse season, I know many of you are feeling that overloaded sensation in your chest.

I walked through the snow to the Rest Nest this weekend and felt so much gratitude for this sanctuary. It’s not about fixing anything. It’s about remembering who you are when you aren't busy taking care of the rest of the world.

To the woman who is usually the anchor for everyone else: Let me be the anchor for you this weekend.

I have 3 x 1:1 opening at 10, 12 and 2.

The altar is set. The blankets are warm. The space is held.

DM me if this feels like the chance to breathe you’ve been waiting for or book via the link in my Bio.

To the woman currently navigating the Half-Term Invisible Load.

It is Half Term. It is the week of the Fire Horse and the stirring of the New Moon. The energy is undeniably high, and the demands on your time have likely doubled.

Between the work calls and the Pancake Day flour, between the work targets and the Half Term juggle, where are you landing?

When the external noise reaches fever pitch, your most powerful leadership move isn't to push through. It’s to step out.

Tomorrow night, Wednesday at 7:30 PM, I have one final 1:1 opening in the Rest Nest midweek.

This is your invitation to leave the chaos at the door. No doing, no performing, no juggling. Just 75 minutes of deep, nervous-system reclamation.

As we move toward the next Eclipse, the world is asking for your fire. But fire without a hearth burns out. Tomorrow night is about tending your hearth, quieting the mind so your intuition can speak again.

The Details:
✨ When: Tomorrow, Wednesday 18th Feb | 7:30 PM
✨ Where: The Rest Nest, Buxton
✨ The Experience: Total sanctuary.

Soft layers, guided stillness, and a complete release of the juggle.

Everything is taken care of. You simply need to arrive.

Come home to the quiet. It’s where your next big idea is waiting.

P.S. If you feel like you’re holding your breath until Monday... this is your permission to exhale now.

With love,
Sam x

A big weekend of expansive energy ✨

Shared Nidra with 70+ beautiful souls in New Mills, held sacred 1:1 space in my Rest Nest, and connected with incredible hearts in Macclesfield.

In the past, this kind of success used to scare me. My nervous system would feel unsafe, pushing me to retreat, to shrink back.

This time? It's different. 🌿

I'm truly landing in my power, understanding that my softness isn't a weakness, it's my superpower. Just like Alayna's beautiful song, Tender, reminds me.

I'm learning to hold both the momentum AND the deep rest. No more success hangovers. No more shrinking.

This is the energy I hold for you in our sessions. Whether you are navigating a season of big success or just trying to find your feet again, the Rest Nest is your safe harbor. It’s where we quiet the noise so you can finally hear yourself.

I’m now booking 1:1 Rest Nest sessions for rest of Feb and March and have a few spots left for our next community Nap Club.

Come home to your softness. It’s where your real power lives.

✨ Sunday Rest Nest (Buxton): 1:1 Deep Sanctuary
Bonus Wednesday night 18th Feb for half term calm
✨ Wednesday Nap Club (Whaley Bridge): Community Rest 4th March

When you’re too tired to even do wellness.

You know the feeling. It’s Wednesday evening, your bones are heavy, and your nervous system is buzzing from a thousand tiny decisions.

You know you should do the yoga, or the meditation, or the breathwork. But the truth?

You’re so depleted that even self-care feels like another thing on your to-do list.

So you reach for the wine. You reach for the scroll. You reach for the binge-watch.

Not because you’re lazy, but because your body is desperately seeking a way to turn the world off for a moment. But you’ve noticed, haven't you? That kind of rest doesn't actually reach the places that hurt.

You wake up on Thursday just as depleted as before.

The Rest Nest is different because it requires zero effort from you.

This is the one-to-one sanctuary for the person who has tried everything and is simply ready to be held.

You don't have to do the Nidra (guided meditation). You don't have to perform the wellness. You just show up, lie down, and let me guide your nervous system back to its baseline of safety, home.

It’s the deep, spiritual listening your spirit has been craving, without you having to say a word.

Sundays in Buxton | 10am - 4pm For the one who is done with trying and is ready to simply be.

✨ Book your sanctuary via the link in bio. Bonus limited spots in the evening Weds 18th Feb.

The light returns quietly.

The earth begins to gently stir.

After so many grey, rain heavy days, I am noticing how deeply people are craving light and warmth.

Not just daylight, but the feeling of being warmed from the inside.

This season does not ask us to rush.

It asks us to tend the flame.

In the Rest Nest, we rest in a way that lets the nervous system soften and thaw.

Through Yoga Nidra, people often tell me they can genuinely feel the warmth of sunlight moving through the body.

A gentle, nurturing heat.

Like being held by the sun while you rest.

Rest is how I stay hopeful without bypassing what is hard.

It is how I stay open, regulated, and resourced enough to meet life.

Rest nest is open every Sunday and this February I have a few extra spaces opened up on Wednesday evenings.

If your body is longing for rest, warmth, and a quiet place to land, you would be very welcome.

Rest Nest is not about doing better.

It is about coming home.

Message me if you’d like one of the spaces.

I’ve been noticing how tired people are lately.

Not just busy tired.

The kind of tired that lives in the body.

So I want to gently remind you that you don’t have to come anywhere to rest.

Over the years I’ve recorded a handful of Yoga Nidra and seasonal rest practices you can listen to at home.

Some are free. Some are paid. All are made with the same care and intention.

There’s:
🌱 Deeply restful Yoga Nidra to calm the nervous system
🌱Seasonal nidras for Midsummer, Autumn and Winter
🌱 A winter solstice practice recorded at Gorton Monastery, held in stillness and candlelight
🌱 A simple solstice ritual guide for anyone wanting to honour the turning of the year without adding more to their plate

These are practices for lying down, getting cosy, and letting yourself be guided. Nothing to do. Nothing to fix.

If you’re feeling tender, overstimulated, or quietly worn down, you’re very welcome here.

Links are in my bio if you need to rest but don't have the energy to go anywhere.

And if you ever feel the pull for deeper rest, you’re always welcome to rest with me through Nap Club monthly in Whaley Bridge or the Rest Nest each Sunday in Buxton.

I’ve quietly opened a few evening Rest Nest spaces in February 🌙

These aren’t for everyone.

They’re for people who already know their nervous system needs more than a night on the sofa and an early bedtime.

Rest Nest is slow, held, and deeply nourishing.

A place to lie down, be guided into profound rest, and let your system reset in its own time.

Evenings feel especially potent.

The world softens. The body lets go.

Rest becomes something you receive, not something you try to achieve.

If you’ve been moving through winter carrying more than you realise, this is your invitation to put it down.

Spaces are limited and booked quietly by those who feel the pull.

Details via the link in my bio.

Tonight we walked with Brigid in our Goddess Grove that meets online each month.

During our Nidra we journeyed to Brigid's sacred orchard and we experienced a lot, helped in a sacred circle of protection in a sacred space, as we walked flowers appeared at our feet and magical bees and animals walked beside us too.

On Imbolc Brigid gifted me with the words for this poem shared here too.

Our Goddess grove was set to be a journey through winter, a sacred grove to walk the dark months with the Goddess but tonight it became clear the journey with the sacred grove has only just begun.

Deep gratitude to Brigid for walking with us tonight and all the Goddess' to that walked the orchard grove tonight too.

The hardest part of rest is not the resting.

It’s deciding you’re worthy of it.

On a cold winter’s night, every part of us says stay home.

Stay productive.
Stay scrolling.
Stay “useful.”

And yet, we both know something else is true.

At home, we rarely give ourselves the time, space, or place that real rest needs.

Rest becomes something we squeeze in, apologise for, or abandon entirely.

Especially when our worth has been quietly tied to how much we do.

We’re just past the full moon. Eclipse season is stirring things beneath the surface. Imbolc has passed, and the earth is beginning to whisper, not shout.

This is not a time for pushing.

It’s a time for listening.

Nap Club tomorrow night is an invitation to be nurtured. To lie down without explanation. To let your mind switch off and your body remember it is safe to soften.

You don’t need to try harder to rest.
You need to be held in it.

A few spaces remain for tomorrow night.
If you feel the pull, trust it.
