This evening, I had two lovely postnatal clients 💕
Jordan had booked a block of two massages during pregnancy, but her little girl decided to make an early entrance — seven weeks early to be exact! đŸ€© Tonight, she finally enjoyed her second treatment, and her baby girl is now a beautiful 10 weeks old.

Last week I welcomed Emma for a massage. At 38 weeks and booked in for induction the following day, she wanted one final moment of calm and pampering before meeting her baby boy. Naturally, she was feeling a little anxious, so we focused on creating relaxation and balance. đŸ’†â€â™€ïžđŸ’–â€‰

A couple of weeks ago I had the pleasure of meeting the lovely Annalisa, owner of Annalisa Marie Pilates - the original reformer-Pilates studio in Chesterfield.

At 𝟒𝟎 đ°đžđžđ€đŹ + 𝟒 𝐝𝐚đČ𝐬, she messaged me feeling understandably fed-up and a touch anxious about still being pregnant. I reshuffled my diary to see her the very next afternoon 📔
