Restorative yoga brings us back home.

I really love teaching restorative yoga it feels like a gift to hold space where people can truly slow down and soften. Teaching today in Bolsover reminded me why I’m so passionate about it: the quiet, the stillness, and the visible shift as bodies let go and minds settle. There’s something deeply grounding about guiding others into rest and watching tension melt away, even if just for a while.

Thank you to everyone who joined Daniella & I for a transformative journey at our Yoga Nidra & Cacao Circle 🌿✨ in Bolsover.

We awakened our senses with sacred cacao, deep relaxation, and healing vibrations through sound. 🌸 It was an evening of releasing stress, tuning into inner peace, and leaving completely renewed. 💫
