🌱7th March - Crystal Vibes & Connections - a whole day of crystal healing and knowledge to soak up - Moonstone & Moss for more information.
🌼 14th March - 13th Rite - a day of healing our wounds around our body, mothering and self love. A transformative day incorporating acupuncture, Chinese medicine wisdom, Reiki drum and the 13th Rite of the Munay-Ki. 🌱16th March - Animal Healing Circle - an evening of learning new skills and putting them to good use to help our furry friends - with Cherry, contact her on 07398560259 to find out more.

Want to start the year right?
On Monday night I'm holding the first in my series of Seasonal Resets, this time focusing on Spring.
I'll be sharing ancient wisdom that still holds today to help you begin to build the resources to get you through the year.
✨I'll be teaching you how to listen to your body by highlighting each seasonal shift the body needs.
🌿I'll be sharing simple acupressure practices you can do to help you take care of yourself through spring and beyond.
✨I'll be offering up recipes and food that can help boost your system in spring.
🌿As well as a meditation.

Welcoming Spring with a seasonal reset.

🪻16th February - A Spring reset to awaken your energy and embrace fresh beginnings with simple practices based in Chinese medicine.

Spring is the time to build up our resources to last us through to the coming winter.
It's dominated by the liver meridian and asks us to deal with and let go of our frustrations and anger, which causes constriction, otherwise we find issues such as sciatica, gout, acid reflux and gout flaring up, amongst other things.
