👀Watch the difference between the parallel out leg and the turned out leg:
The leg postition change looks subtle, doesn’t it?
But it completely changes what’s working and how much control you need.
A tiny tweak in position can shift the load, change how your hips stabilise, and suddenly the exercise is totally different.
This is why we’re a bit obsessed with the details, not to make things harder for the sake of it, but because moving well, feeling the right muscles switch on and properly understanding how to control your body is what actually creates progress.
You don’t need to overhaul everything, sometimes it’s just a 1% adjustment that makes it click.
And you deserve to be somewhere that notices that 1%.
