Hands up if your Sunday dinner isn’t complete without a Yorkshire pudding 🙋‍♀️! The good news is, at Slimming World you don't have to miss out on the trimmings. These gorgeous yorkies are crispy, golden and just 2 Swips each 🙌!

Here’s what you need to do to make six 👇:

1️⃣ Whisk 60g plain flour, 75ml skimmed milk, 3 large eggs and 25ml water until light and airy ☁️.
2️⃣ Pop your mix into the fridge to rest for 30 minutes ⏰.
3️⃣ Get your tin nice and hot and pour the batter into 6 holes 🔥.
4️⃣ Put the tin back in the oven and cook for 20 mins, or until the puddings are puffed up and golden 🤩.
