Reflexology is a complementary therapy that can be used to support you with your physical and emotional well-being needs, it can be used to give feelings of relaxation, improving moods, improving sleep patterns, becoming more energised and focused, aiming to help your entire body function at its optimal level. Not everyone is the same, reflexology is unique to you, as you are unique! I offer a Foot, Hand and face reflexology to suit your physical and emotional well-being needs. Trained in Reflexology for Maternity, Fertility with the ARR, Reflexology Pain management, Reflexology Lymph Drainage (RLD), Limbic reflexology, Reflexotherapy, Aromatherapy for the feet and continually develop my knowledge and skills to support you in improving and keeping your well-being balanced. Here at salutary reflexology, I have followed guidelines and set strict hygiene protocol following government, WHO, and my associations advice on Covid 19, so when you have your treatment be assured, you’re in safe hands.
