I absolutely love love love what I do!
Last night’s meditation session was pure magic. As the veil remains thin, we began by grounding—arriving fully into our bodies and breath—and then journeyed together to honour our ancestors.
Sometimes we sit quietly with what arises, sometimes we journal. What unfolded last night was a rich, heartfelt discussion. We traced our female lineage, glimpsing the lives that shaped us. We honoured the resilience, the quiet strength, the choices and sacrifices that brought us here. It wasn’t always easy—but because of them, we are.
To hold this kind of space online is a true blessing.
I began as a Reiki healer (I'm still offering sessions, always with love 💫), but guiding others to find calm, connection, and a way back to themselves has deepened my own path in ways I never expected.
My heart is full!
