Join Niamh for her ‘Sculpt’ contemporary Mat Pilates Class. A dynamic, full-body workout that blends Pilates principles with strength and toning exercises. Using controlled movements, light weights, resistance bands, and higher-energy sequences, the class focuses on building lean muscle, improving core strength, and increasing endurance while maintaining proper alignment and mindful movement.
