I am so excited to be teaching Touch for Health again face to face. I am offering two Touch for Health Level 1 courses in June and August 2022 in Chestfield, Whitstable, Kent. The June course is spread over 2 Saturdays 2 weeks apart on the 11th and 25th of June. Great for a bit of practicing in between and for people who don't want to give up a full weekend and live relatively close by. The August course is over two consecutive days Friday and Saturday 19th and 20th August. Do get in touch if you are interested.

Brain Gym® 104 is now available online. I am co-teaching this with Janice Graham.

Dates and Times:

Option 1: 4 consecutive Saturdays starting 20th of June 2020 (2 till 5 pm)

Option 2: 4 consecutive Thursdays starting 2nd of July 2020 (10 am till 1 pm)

Cost: £200 (promotional offer normally £250, limited to 6 students)

Includes a Manual and an Internationally recognized Certificate

Come along and have some fun and learn some new self-enhancing skills with Paula's Touch for Health Level 1 training course (stand alone course or part of a 4 level synthesis). There are even a few date options to suit all needs. Choose from:

3 consecutive Thursdays (10 am till 4 pm) starting 27/2/20
Weekend course 21st & 22nd March (9 am till 5.30 pm)
2 consecutive Saturdays (9 till 5.30 pm) starting 30/5/20

Held in Chestfield, Whitstable, Kent (easily commutable by train from London).
