Living a healthy lifestyle doesn’t have to be complicated. The basics — getting enough sleep 😴 , eating real food 🥕, moving your body🏓, and managing stress 🧘🏾♀️ — have stood the test of time. What our bodies and minds need hasn’t changed, only trends have!
So, what’s the real challenge? For many of us, it’s not about what to do — it’s about how to make it work in real life (and how to stick with it!)
That’s where our new Community Health Group comes in. It’s designed to support you with practical tools and knowledge around physical, emotional, and mental health. And, more importantly, it’s about helping you figure out how to put those ideas into action. Being part of a group offers accountability, encouragement and connection which is invaluable. and you’ll be supported by a UK certified Health Coach.
Best of all, it’s completely FREE! All you need to bring is an open mind and a notebook.
Our first meeting is on Wednesday, September 10th, 7:30–8:30pm at the Pavilion Studio, from then on we’ll meet on the first Wednesday of every month (Oct 1st is the next one).
