CCS Training Programme:

Certificate in Psychodynamic Counselling Theory and Skills
Year 1, part time.

Diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling (Psychodynamic)
Year 1 Certificate plus Diploma Years 2 and 3, part time.

Both the Certificate and Diploma courses follow the academic year and run from late September to early July of the following year.

This week was Volunteers Week 2023 and we joined with thousands of other charities and voluntary organisations to recognise the contribution volunteers make across the UK. This year's theme was `Celebrate and Inspire' which aims to encourage people to be the change that we want to see and get involved in volunteering in whatever way works for them. The contribution of our volunteers is often unseen and unrecognised by many, visible only through the incredible impact of their volunteering. So taking the time to celebrate their efforts and all they contribute has never been more important.

It is Mental Health Awareness Week and this year the Mental Health Foundation are focusing on Anxiety. Anxiety is a common emotion that we have likely all experienced at some point in our lives. With therapy, medication and self-help methods it is possible for anyone to manage their symptoms. Our trained counsellors are here to listen and help you to find a way to move forward.

Chichester Counselling Services (CCS) is a professional counselling service and has been providing support to individuals aged 18+ for over 40 years. We also provide training for people wishing to become counsellors and our training team delivers both entry level (certificate) and higher level (diploma) training in psychodynamic counselling. We operate from our own premises in central Chichester.
