✨ A truly magical day out as our residents enjoyed a festive visit filled with twinkling lights, Christmas displays and plenty of smiles 🎄 From waving at colourful decorations and admiring beautifully lit scenes, to sharing laughs, holding hands and soaking up the joyful atmosphere together, it was a wonderful experience for everyone involved 💛 Outings like these create such special memories, offering excitement, connection and a real sense of the Christmas spirit, and it was heartwarming to see so much happiness, laughter and festive cheer throughout the day 🌟

We’re getting ready for Christmas Jumper Day on Friday 19th December here at Cornelius House!
Residents, staff and visitors are all invited to wear their favourite Christmas jumper and Christmas T-shirts are very welcome too. The brighter, sillier and more festive, the better!
If you’re visiting that day, we’d love to see your festive outfits and share a little Christmas cheer together. ✨

Our residents rolled up their sleeves today for a deliciously fun kitchen activity, making chocolate crispy cakes!
There was plenty of teamwork, laughter and (of course!) a fair bit of taste-testing. From mixing the chocolate to adding sprinkles, everyone got involved and enjoyed every moment.

Simple activities like this spark conversation, encourage creativity, and bring so much joy especially when they end with something tasty to share! 💛

🎈✨ A Day Filled with Smiles & Balloon Magic! ✨🎈
Today we were treated to an amazing visit from Rob the Balloon Man, who brought colour, creativity and plenty of laughter to our home.
From flowers and animals to wonderfully silly creations, our residents loved watching the balloon magic unfold and even more so, holding their new balloon friends!

These special moments spark joy, encourage interaction, and fill our home with light-hearted fun. Thank you, Rob, for making our day balloon-tastic! 💛🎉
