Join us on Boxing Day at 9 am for our annual festive dip and chat! We will meet at the RNLI Centre in Selsey on East Beach.

Everyone is welcome, bring some warm clothes, a towel, your swimmers and a festive hat.

Introducing our first Men’s Recharge Day!

What a brilliant, jam-packed day full of activities and advice to help men with self growth, improve resilience, and manage stress.

starting us off with an intro to ancient Qui Gong practices 🙏

proving the light bulb moments of how our brains are wired 💭

aligning our bodies to be strong and agile every day 💪

finished the day with deep breath work 🧘 followed by the challenging ice plunges 🥶

MEN’S RECHARGE EVENT ⚡For Men Only

Calling all Men! On Saturday November 1st, The Pavilion Chichester is collaborating with The South Coast Sea Gods to bring you our first ever, Men only event.

Most of us deal with stress, pressure, aches, and tiredness — and just get on with it. But it takes a toll. Left unchecked, that toll shows up as poor sleep, low energy, low mood, nagging pain, or stress that won’t switch off — things that hold you back more than you realise.

This day is about giving you ways to recalibrate. Our male practitioners will guide you through simple, powerful practices that deliver — giving you take home tools to navigate whatever life throughs at you.

Here’s what’s lined up:
👉 Tai Chi with Robert Pehrson — martial arts focus for calm strength and control

👉 Stress & Resilience with Tim Gibson — Simple tools for decoding stress and handling pressure

👉 Postural Fitness with Tim Goullet — build alignment, stability, and foundational strength

👉 Breathwork with Dan from Vitae Vi — use your breath to lower stress, recover faster, and sleep deeper

👉 Ice Bath with Dan from Vitae Vi — test your limits, sharpen focus, and walk away buzzing with energy

All this for just a £15 donation in support of Men's Mental Health Awareness Month. (All proceeds go to Men's Health Charities)

Today is Su***de Prevention Awareness day in the UK, a subject that is close to all our hearts. Here are 3 things that we live by to support our wellbeing:

1. Schedule time for yourself each week, ideally outside - no matter what you do with your time, make it about you, for you.

2. Connect with others - Join a local group, say hi to people you pass and have conversations with strangers in your community. These acts will help you feel connected, seen, heard and valued.

3. Eat and drink well - what you fuel yourself with has a direct impact to how your body regulates and your brain functions. It’s all connected, love your body and your body will love you back.

And don’t forget that there is help out there, you aren’t alone, you are loved and valued!
