Introducing our first Men’s Recharge Day!

What a brilliant, jam-packed day full of activities and advice to help men with self growth, improve resilience, and manage stress.

starting us off with an intro to ancient Qui Gong practices 🙏

proving the light bulb moments of how our brains are wired 💭

aligning our bodies to be strong and agile every day 💪

finished the day with deep breath work 🧘 followed by the challenging ice plunges 🥶

A huge thank you to all those who gave up their time for free to support men’s mental health 🫶 and to for hosting the space and helping to bring our vision together 🙏
