Join us for a 3 hour extended Gong Bath in collaboration with A Touch of Sound. These 2 very experienced Gong Practitioners will weave together an immersive sound journey for your relaxation , rest and reneewal . On 21.12.25 a chance to step away from the festive mayhem and feel the waves of gentle Solstice energy flow as we we move from the shortest day into the longest night of the year.

Take time to stop Rest , Relax and Recharge , drifting away with a guided meditation and soothed by a skillfully crafted Sound Journey iincluding Crystal and Himalayan bowls and several large Gongs . No experience needed just come with everything you need to be comfortable laying down for an hour .
