Kings Lodge Nursing Home Enriching the lives of our residents and inspiring moments of joy is at the heart of everything we do

Kings Lodge is a purpose built Nursing Home on the south coast situated on the edge of Chichester harbour. The Home caters for 77 residents providing care to male and females over the age of 65 for long and short term stays who may require nursing care. Facilities include a high dependency unit and provisions for respite, intermediate and general nursing care as well as EMI nursing care. Our Home has a relaxed, friendly atmosphere with family visits welcomed at any time. Refreshments are available for visitors at all times and arrangements can be made for residents to eat their meals with their guests in private.

There’s magic in the air as we count down to Halloween at Kings Lodge Nursing Home! 🕸️🦇 Our residents, staff, and family members have been busy enjoying all the fang-tastic fun — from pumpkin decorating and costume planning to sharing laughter (and maybe a few spooky stories!).

Moments like these remind us that Kings Lodge isn’t just a home — it’s a family, where every giggle, dance, and creative spark brings generations together. 💜

🎉🍰 Kings Lodge Great Bake Off – And the Winners Are... 🍰🎉

We’re thrilled to announce the winners of our Great Bake Off competition held last week here at Kings Lodge Nursing Home! 🏆👩‍🍳🧁

A huge THANK YOU to everyone who took part — your creativity, effort, and delicious bakes made it an unforgettable event! From showstopping sponges to beautifully iced cupcakes, the competition was truly sweet in every way.

But the best part? We were proud to share our homemade treats with our wonderful local community friends at St Wilfrid’s Hospice 💛 Because good cake is even better when it’s shared with good people.

The Great Kings Lodge Bake Off! 👩‍🍳👨‍🍳

On the 14th of October, our wonderful families, friends, and staff rolled up their sleeves, popped on their baking hats, and got stuck into a Great Bake Off! 🧁 From scrumptious cakes to mouth-watering pastries, the creativity and effort were simply amazing.

Our residents had the very important job of judging all the delicious goodies — and they took it very seriously! 😋

But we didn’t want to keep all the treats to ourselves, so we decided to spread a little sweetness to our community heroes. ❤️ A big box of baked delights was delivered to Sussex Police Station in Chichester, and we’re delighted to say they were over the moon! 🚓🍪

Thank you to everyone who took part and helped make the day such a fun, heartwarming success! 💕
