This full-body burner keeps it simple, spicy, and barbell-free. All you need is a pair of dumbbells and some good vibes.

Set in a 300 year-old West Sussex flint barn conversion in a scenic countryside location near to South Downs National Park, Goodwood and Chichester, Astons Personal Training Studio, Chichester offers a friendly, relaxed environment with expert trainers available so that you are able to access the maximum health, fitness and well-being advice from your visit.
There is nothing more frustrating than having to wait for equipment to be available, so we decided to limit membership to no more than 300 in order to avoid congestion and long waiting times. Access to Astons Personal Training Studio is easy and there is plenty of parking.
