A very special make 🌊🐋✨

Inspired by The Snail and the Whale, this custom cardigan for Edie has completely stolen my heart.

The bottom half is a marbled sea, with a stormy blue sky above. On the back, a whale swims through embroidered waves, with little glimpses of its body dipping in and out of the sea. Perched on its tail is the tiniest snail 🐌💫

There are rocky details with the sweetest pink flowers, a little palm tree, soft white stitched waves bringing it all to life, and the two-tone effect separated the sea from the sky. And up above, we see the whale’s words: “Come sail with me” ☁️

The front is kept simple to let the back tell the story, finished with buttons inspired by sand and sky.

I absolutely love when I’m trusted to bring an idea to life like this, and I think it makes each piece feel so special 🥹💛

A little sweetie cardigan looking for a forever home with a little sweetie 🍭✨

Part of my Eclectic Collection, this piece is covered in hand-crocheted sweet treat appliqués, all made by me. Every little detail has been thought through and I’m honestly so happy with how it’s turned out.

Knitted in a chunky sprinkle yarn by my mum, Heidi. It’s incredibly soft and full of character 💕

Age 1–2 years, but it’s an oversized fit so there’s plenty of wear in it.

I loved bringing all the sweet treats to life on this one, and I can’t wait to see who it ends up with 🧁🍬

Available now on my website ✨

My first ever 100% cotton cardigan is finished 🤍✨

The brief was “girly and fun” and, honestly, I love it when a customer trusts me to just run with an idea like this. It makes the whole process so much more enjoyable.

Baby pink with lilac ribbing, a cream crochet collar and fondant pink edging. It’s turned out so cute and really girly.

The front has flowers, a rainbow and little bugs, and the back has Chloe’s name on it with flowers, a fairy, fairy dust, stars, and a moon coming out of her wand.

All the crochet appliqués are 100% cotton too.

It’s knitted by my mum Heidi and then stitched together by me, which makes it feel extra special 💕

Finished off with multicoloured buttons to match the rainbow theme 🌈

Really happy with how this one turned out, it’s proper girly and fun ✨

Penelope’s first rodeo 🤠

This was such a unique piece, as I’ve never made anything cowgirl-themed before, and I think it came out perfectly! On one sleeve, we have some cowboy boots, a cactus on the other, and it’s even like little Penelope is lassoing her own name!

This one is fully handmade by me 🥰

I’m busy working through my final custom orders. I’m so excited to see how they all turn out 😍

Olive’s 2nd birthday cardigan 🤍

This one was inspired by the cardigan I made for her first birthday, with a few new additions for this year.

Her name, the olive branch, hydrangea and little bee have all returned, joined this time by a dragonfly, ladybird, daffodil and dandelion.

It’s stitched onto a completely handmade cardigan (all made by me) in the softest dusty pink yarn, finished with the most beautiful handmade buttons with tiny flowers inside them.

It feels so special that this is the fourth cardigan that I have made Olive and I even made one for her brother’s birthday too.

Having families come back again and again really is one of the loveliest parts of what I do 🤍

Oh I love receiving photos of my little customers in their knits 😍

Here we have Hattie looking so sweet in her Angelina Ballerina jumper, the sweetest little bear in her Please Look After This Bear cardigan 🐻(knitted by lovely Sharon from ), and Ophelia wearing her Beatrix Potter cardigan (and she even has a family connection to Beatrix Potter herself!)

Seeing these pieces being worn and loved by your little ones is always the most special part of what I do. Thank you so much to the lovely parents who gave permission for me to share these photos.

It truly means the world to see my knits out in the wild 🤍

If you ever have photos of your little ones wearing their knits, I always love seeing them 😍

When people see a finished cardigan, it’s easy to forget how many hours and how much skill it took to make.

Every piece begins with someone sitting quietly with needles in their hands, creating it stitch by stitch.

In my case that’s often the women in my family - my mum, my grandma, my sister, and me - knitting with years of experience behind them (and a couple of children drumming happily in front of them).

Their time and skill deserve to be valued, and it’s something I’m always working towards more and more within my little business.

Handmade knits aren’t just clothing. They’re hours of care, patience and craftsmanship to deliver your dream knit, they’re heirloom pieces you can keep forever ❤️

The “Please Look After This Bear” cardigan has been one of your most requested pieces 🧸🤍

To create each base knit, I work with incredibly talented knitters, and then I carefully embroider the wording or names to make every piece feel truly personal.

This gorgeous cardigan was knitted by , and then embroidered by me!

If you’ve been dreaming of a name knit or a special phrase stitched into something heirloom-worthy, these can be requested at any time, you don’t have to wait for my slots!

Handmade work takes time, skill, and care, and it deserves to be valued fairly.

Every stitch, applique, and detail in my knits is slow-made and one-of-a-kind, and I price each piece to reflect that effort.

I know I sometimes undercharge for the knitting itself, even though it’s incredibly skilled work. I’m still figuring out how to value it properly.

I’d really love to hear from other makers, especially knitters: how do you feel about fair pay for your craft? Do you feel your work is valued enough? 🤍
