Handmade work takes time, skill, and care, and it deserves to be valued fairly.

Every stitch, applique, and detail in my knits is slow-made and one-of-a-kind, and I price each piece to reflect that effort.

I know I sometimes undercharge for the knitting itself, even though it’s incredibly skilled work. I’m still figuring out how to value it properly.

I’d really love to hear from other makers, especially knitters: how do you feel about fair pay for your craft? Do you feel your work is valued enough? 🤍

I still have some items left from my recent collection, so I wanted to showcase a few for you to see. I selected a few in a variety of sizes, but do check out my website to see more!

It’s finished! The Scarecrow’s Wedding!

For this piece, I wanted the knit itself to feel like the background of the story, with mustard straw at the bottom, rolling green hills through the middle, and a cloudy sky above.

The back shows the two scarecrows standing in a field of “pink flowerzzz” beside their hay bales, and with wedding bunting strung across the sky.

On the front, all of the familiar characters make an appearance – a cow with her bell, a goose with a feather, a crab with a necklace of shells, a mouse with a ring, the bee, the toad, the snail, and a spider dropping down from above.

This will be part of my spring storybook collection 🥰

A little wild flower 🌼

Today I wanted to show this gorgeous saffron cardigan with crocheted granny square pockets, flowers spilling out, a Liberty collar, and the words ‘Little wild flower’ stitched in.

Knitted by , with crochet and embroidery by me.

It’s a lovely spring cardigan – soft, detailed and made to be worn and loved.

Size 2–3 years, but a generous fit that would comfortably last beyond.

It’s ready to post and still available 😍

I’m so in love with this jumper and if it was a bit bigger it would be on my daughter right now!

A one-of-a-kind jumper featuring a freestyled Angelina Ballerina - no pattern, and no two could ever be the same.

Made for children who love stories, tiny details and clothes that feel a little bit magical.

Custom order slots are opening tonight at 8pm GMT 🤍

These photos show a small selection of previous custom pieces, each one designed in conversation with the customer and made especially for their child.

Colours, animals, flowers, and any other details can all be discussed. It will also be possible to have these knits lined by the lovely Lyn for an extra cost (swipe to the end to see how this looks). Great for extra warmth, to protect the embroidery, and this can also help with sensory needs.

Please note: I don’t create Disney or Pixar designs (except Winnie the Pooh).

Custom slots are very limited and usually fill quickly, so you’ll want to get in early!

A closer look at the whole collection 🧶

Ten one-of-a-kind children’s knits, made with a mix of hand knitting, crochet appliqué and embroidery.

We’re up up and away in my final knit in this collection 🎈

A cat in a hot air balloon, floating over fields, under a starlit sky.

I love making pieces that feel like they belong in a storybook.

This gorgeous cardigan is knitted by and is in size 12-18 months. It’s available to view now! Crochet appliqués and embroidery are by me.
