This is what I have most mornings.
2 scoops Formula 1 Healthy Meal + 2 scoops Vegan Protein Drink Mix. Around 30g+ protein, balanced carbs, vitamins and minerals, and it keeps me steady through the morning.
Nothing complicated. Just something I can repeat consistently.
