Care is different with Home Instead: we match our Clients with our CareGivers and each Client is seen for a minimum one hour on any day we visit - this allows trust to develop and means people aren’t rushed with their care. It was so lovely to bring some of our amazing Chichester Care Professionals together yesterday!

These meetings are such an important opportunity to share updates, celebrate all the incredible hard work happening out in the community, and most importantly, give everyone the chance to connect and socialise. In a role where lone working is part of the job, these moments together really do matter.

A big thank you to our wonderful Scheduler, Kayleigh, who treated us all to some delicious sweet treats 🍰 they went down very well!

We were also joined by two very special guests… Simon’s dogs, Maude and Cecil 🐾 who were more than happy to soak up the attention!

Simon McGee started Home Instead Chichester & Bognor Regis after searching for care for his grandmother, and finding that home care services typically lacked the continuity people wanted and needed to remain independent at home.

The Care Quality Commission rate Home Instead’s care as Outstanding, and we are recognised by families and the amazing staff that work for us, for the positive outcomes we achieve with our clients.

Care is different with Home Instead: we match our Clients with our CareGivers and our minimum visit time is one hour - this allows trust to develop and means people are never rushed with their care. We offer companionship, home help and specialist care including re-enablement, Dementia support and end of life care, which helps elderly people in and around Chichester, Bognor Regis, Selsey and The Witterings to remain independent in their own homes.
