If you or a loved one are living with dementia and would like professional guidance, support or signposting, you can drop in and speak directly with a Wayfinder.
No appointment needed.

They offer a calm, gentle space where familiar Christmas songs can spark memories, reduce anxiety, and bring real joy.

These services allow people with dementia — and their families — to celebrate together in a way that feels safe, welcoming and truly inclusive. 💙 Well done Saint Mary Our Lady, Sidlesham thank you for being so inclusive! The Selsey Pod will be attending!

Today, our heartfelt thanks go out to all the PAs, support workers, care agency staff, office teams — and the incredible live-in carers.
You all are truly amazing.

To all of those who chose care as a career, knowing it’s not a 9–5 job…

To the ones who show up in every kind of weather with patience, strength, and kindness…
To those who travel miles daily, rearrange their own lives, and still bring warmth into someone else’s home…
To the live-in carers who give their days and nights, and stay through the moments no one else sees…

To those who treat the people they support as if they were their own family — and who, in time, become honorary family themselves…

To the office staff who fight for hours, funding, and keep care plans live and accurate…who also hold the on-call phone overnight — ready for emergencies, worries, and the unexpected — so no one is ever left without support…
