About our club
You are welcome to come and join us for a healthy breakfast - including smoothie, Herbal Tea & Aloe. We use tainta scales to measure weight, body fat, muscle mass metaolbic age & hydration. There will be a wellness coach to give you advice on how to improve these measurements and help you reach your goals & targets. We also take the time to look at your food diary and give suggestions to improve this.
Whether your target is to loose weight, gain weight, increase muscle mass, increase your energy lower cholesterol or just feel and look healthier ... we can help.
We are open Monday to Friday 6.30-9.15am, Mondays 6.30-7.30pm, Thursdays 12-1pm and 8-9pm
