The Zen Den Physical Therapy I am a Clinical Massage therapist with 15 years experience in treating clients who have acute and/or chronic pain.

By targeting areas of pain and discomfort, your treatment will be a combination of different therapies that will be talked to you about on the day of your session depending on what you need right then. This therapy is perfect for those training or recovering from a specific sporting event, headaches, general back pain, sciatica, shoulder problem to name a few! It is also incredibly beneficial for general maintenance of the body to iron out tension, knots and stress! Treatment methods include deep tissue massage, trigger pointy therapy, scenar therapy, cupping and gua sha. Sessions are 75mins long and are held at Goodwood Health Club
