Next up in our Meet the Team series, we introduce Emma Bayley...

Emma is our Customer Relations Manager. Emma has worked in Care for over 20 years in the West Sussex and Hampshire area and brings vast experience in Care Home leadership, Customer Relations and business administration.

Emma spends a lot of her time out in the community, attending events, meeting professionals and sharing the services Prestige Nursing and Care Chichester can offer, ensuring they know we are here to offer an expert Home Care service.

Emma is also responsible to supporting our clients and their families with quality assurance.

When asked about her role, Emma said ‘I am so excited to be part of the Prestige team, it enjoys an excellent reputation within the care sector, and we want to grow the support we offer to individuals in the place they love the most – their own home.

Healthline Pro is our new subscription service that gives reassurance and peace of mind, all for £1.50 per day, less than your morning cup of coffee.

Included within the Healthline Pro service:-

• Weekly welfare telephone call
• 6 monthly care audit
• Care advice line 9-4 Monday to Friday
• GP Liaison, if required
• Rapid response assessments, should needs change

Halloween can be a stressful time for some vulnerable adults who may feel anxious about trick-or-treaters knocking on their doors.

To help, we’ve created a poster that can be displayed outside their homes to let visitors know they are not taking part in Halloween activities.

If you have a vulnerable neighbour, please consider:

• Checking in with them for a friendly chat or company.
• Reminding them about Halloween activities in the area, so they’re not startled by visitors or noise.
