As we head into another lockdown there will be alot of mixed emotions running through our minds...

Pregnancy should be an exciting time but the unknown can cause a lot of anxieties that’s why antenatal classes are such an important part of your pregnancy and birth experience, having the understanding about your amazing body, all about birth, your birth partners role and how to prepare for a calm and confident birth experience.

Blossoming Births will continue to support families through lockdown providing virtual one to one Antenatal/Hypnobirthing classes run by a local Midwife.

As a little girl I always dreamt of becoming a midwife and supporting women through the most amazing journey of their lives. Never did I imagine I’d be working as part of an incredible team through such a sad and uncertain time for the whole world. But being a midwife runs through my veins, it’s not just my career but who I am 💪🏻😁

5 years ago I trained to become a Hypnobirthing teacher to support women with positive mindset, reducing anxiety through relaxations and teaching techniques to have a calm birthing experience. After using Hypnobirthing techniques during the pregnancy and birth of my sons as well as supporting many women through their Hypnobirthing births, I have become increasingly passionate about the benefits it brings to women and their birth partners.
