You don’t know what you don’t know.

This week has been exactly that. On the bike, off the bike… just constant reminders that there’s always more to learn. Tiny tweaks, small bits of knowledge, little shifts that quietly build confidence without you even realising it.

And also a reminder that everyone is carrying something. You never really know what’s going on behind the version of someone you see for a moment. So… just be kind. Always.

It’s been a big week. Long days, full effort, all in. I hope every rider leaves with more than they arrived with 🤍

Spring’s here… which means it’s time to get back on the trails.

Join us for a relaxed women’s gravel ride through Epping Forest, hosted by my community - West Essex Women’s Cycling Chapter - in collaboration with Boudicca GRVL Social joining us from Suffolk 🥰

This is a friendly, social ride—expect forest trails, good chat, and a proper reset on two wheels. Whether you’re new to gravel or already love getting muddy, you’re very welcome.

West Essex Women's Spring Gravel Ride Out coming up....

On Sunday 12th April, I'm hosting the first gravel ride of the season in Loughton. We'll be joined from our Suffolk friends, Boudicca so I'd love to give them a big welcome with plenty of friendly faces... and whilst I can't control it, decent weather 🤞🏾

Especially for women.

It helps with:
• Bone density
• Injury prevention
• Everyday strength
• Confidence
• Long-term health

And no, lifting weights will not suddenly turn you into a bodybuilder. That myth should’ve retired in 2003.
