These two simple movements help mobilise the spine, wake up the muscles, and get your back moving before the day starts.

Start with a gentle back extension, then move into a supported forward bend. Keep it slow, controlled, and pain free.

Small daily movement makes a big difference to back pain, flexibility, and long term mobility.

If your back feels stiff most mornings, your body is asking for movement, not rest.
