It’s been incredible to see aMAZing Therapy Centre grow over the past year - and now we’re excited to welcome more counsellors to our team. 🥳

If you’re a qualified therapist or counsellor - or know someone who is - and you’re passionate about making therapy more accessible, we’d love to hear from you.

We’re looking for therapists and/or counsellors who:

✅ Are Buckinghamshire or Thames Valley-based (or willing to travel) and members of BACP, BABCP, UKCP or a similar professional body

✅ Are trauma-informed (or keen to develop in this area)

✅ Run their own clinical practice and have their own insurance

✅ Are newly qualified or experienced - what matters most is your care and commitment

'Just one glass to relax' ...

Yup. That's what you tell yourself. Just one.

But then one turns into two. And two into three. And before you know it, you're drinking a bottle every night.

That's why we don't try to pigeon-hole or squeeze anyone into a set number of sessions - you're in charge of how long you come for and what feels right for you.

Feeling stressed?

I bet you're holding your breath.

When we're stressed, anxious, overwhelmed or angry, we tend to hold our breath without even realising it.

But holding your breath won't help you hold it all together.

In fact, it does the opposite.

So ... breathe. Slowly. It helps.

Take a second. Inhale slowly. Exhale even slower.

Repeat.

Sometimes the smallest reset is the one that helps the most.

We hate to break it to you - especially as we're only just starting to become friends - but you will still have problems in your life after therapy.

The difference will be in:

👉 How you perceive those problems (they won't feel so big or unsurmountable)

👉 How you feel about the problems (way less stressed)

👉 How you react to the problems (you probably won't like them but you know you'll be able to deal with them)

👉 How you deal with or resolve the problems (with strength, confidence and resilience)
