🎃 Spooky season is fast approaching and we want to make sure your eyes are safe! 👻

It's important to remember these principles of safe contact lens wear -
✅ Get your contact lenses from a registered optician - never buy them online or from a costume shop
✅ Have your eyes checked and your lenses fitted by a registered professional
✅ Wash and dry your hands before handling contact lenses
✅ Clean and store lenses as instructed
✅ Remove them immediately if your eyes feel sore, red or irritated

❌ Do not share contact lenses with friends - it will spread bacteria and increase the risk of infection
❌ Do not sleep in your lenses unless advised by your optician
❌ Do not use tap water to clean or store your lenses
❌ Do not wear expired or damaged lenses
❌ Do not ignore redness or discomfort
