Receptionist Wanted

Part time 16-24 hours – flexible over 5 weekdays.

Our dynamic team at Physioplus in Chippenham are looking to recruit a fun, reliable, efficient and enthusiastic receptionist to join our family feel team. Excellent communication and organisational skills are essential.

The main duties will include:

• Answering phones, responding to email enquiries, greeting patients
• Booking and managing Therapist day lists and diary appointments
• Completing non-clinical tasks and ensuring an accurate filing management system is maintained.
• Managing taking of payment via the card machine and cash.
• Excellent patient and colleague management journeys.

We just wanted to reassure everyone, that following this evenings updated Coronavirus restrictions, as a healthcare provider, we will continue to remain open & operate as normal unless we are advised differently.

Up & out early this morning, and Oh My Gosh...😲 What a gorgeous sky.. 🌅😍

With all of us being under a variety of restrictions at the moment, especially depending on where you live in the country, it's so important to get out & exercise when & where you can & with gyms & business starting to reopen, many of us can start getting back to some sort of routine 🏋🏻‍🤸🏻‍

However, if you cannot get to a gym or out for a swim, the benefits of a simple walk whether it be to the shops, the school run or just around the block, can have such a huge effect of both our physical & mental health, thanks to the vitamin D that we need & the gentle cardio effects and even better is something that we can all do & is free so why not try & find a little time today for a quick stroll.🚶🏾‍🚶‍🏡

We just wanted to reassure all of our patients, that regardless of any new lockdown restrictions that are announced over the coming days, we will still be open & operating as usual. 👍
