The amazing Lynda has achieved the most incredible feat of endurance - she has completed the infamous Race Across Scotland - a self navigating, physically and mentally gruelling event of 220 miles and done it in style. There were less than 100 finishers - 70 odd people dropped out and Lynda was 14th Female. She started at 6am Saturday and finished 2am on Weds. Madness. Lynda is no drama, dogged, just gets on with it and probably one of the most fiercely mentally strong people I know. Hats 🎩 off to her, what an inspiring human 🥂🌟💃🏼🙏💪🥰

It's my 7th anniversary of thetreatmentrooms - not sure how that happened?! One of the best things about my role is the privilege of meeting and treating amazing and inspiring people every single day. I thought I'd celebrate 7 years of you lot by sharing the incredible story of Vic (82) who has recently lifted 100kg in a deadlift through finding a local Crossfit community in Chippenham. If that doesn't motivate us all on a(nother) dreary morning, I don't know what will! 🥰🥳

These 2 athletes are off to World Champs this weekend - Steve to Argentina as part of the GB Masters Maxibasketball squad and Belinda to Ironman Finland having qualified Good For Age… I’ve had the pleasure of treating them both in a year long build up for their respective events. I’m sure they’ll both roll their eyes at me for staying how inspiring they are for, ahem, slightly older athletes - demonstrating that age doesn’t need to be a barrier to achieving amazing things and grabbing once in a life opportunities…GOOD LUCK 💪🙏
