Charlotte Jeanes – Integrative Counsellor

Hi, I’m Charlotte. I offer a warm, confidential and non-judgemental space — either face to face or online via Teams — to support you through the challenges you’re facing. I work with clients aged 16 and over. Sessions are £35–£50, depending on whether they are face to face or online, with concessions available for low-income clients and those working in the veterinary industry.

I work with a wide range of issues, including (but not limited to):
Anxiety, low self-esteem, depression, grief and loss, relationship difficulties, life transitions, childhood trauma, stress, imposter syndrome, and negative self-beliefs.

I strongly believe that we all process and work differently, and as an integrative counsellor I aim to tailor my approach to your individual needs using an integrative and trauma-informed framework. Modalities I work with include person-centred therapy, CBT, psychodynamic therapy, Gestalt, transactional analysis, and creative or reflective work where helpful. My aim is to provide a safe and steady space where you can explore your experiences, gain clarity, and move toward meaningful change at your own pace.
