What's Included In The Workshop

This in person Facial Gua Sha workshop is designed to empower you with the tools and knowledge to master the art of Facial Gua Sha at home. You will learn how to confidently work with Gua Sha tool to release tension, improve circulation and have a brighter complexion. The techniques are designed to make a noticeable difference both in how you feel and how your skin looks.

In this hands on session you will learn:

How to hold and use the Gua Sha tool correctly
The ideal amount of oil for a smooth glide
How to apply the right pressure
How often to use your tool for visible results
How to perform the Gua Sha routine to sculpt and lift your face, reduce facial puffiness and dark circles under the eyes

7 things you probably didn’t know about me…

Hi, I’m Gabriela,

I wanted to share a more personal side of me beyond reflexology, gua sha and nutrition for healthy hormones…

Here are 7 things you might not know about me:
1.I’m originally from Poland, but I’ve been living in England for 27 years now.
2.My favourite place in the world is Bali — I love its calm energy, nature and the food.
3.I love to travel and experience different cultures.
4.I’m a lifelong learner — I’m constantly studying & training so I can support women better.
5.I have an amazing group of friends in Poland. We met during our degree at the University in Warsaw and have been friends for the past 30 years! We always try to meet up once or twice a year for a girls’ weekend (or week) away.
6.My daily non-negotiable: morning walk with my dog /gua sha/ dry skin brushing.
7.I have regular reflexology sessions – 1-2 a month.
