Sharing as I’ve seen a lot of this recently. It’s a painful, grumbling issue on the side of your hip and can feel horrible when you lie on that side. There’s usually reasons for it occurring which I can help with, but in the meantime, this is a great starting point. Give it a try and let me know if it helps.
