Our home specialises in nursing care for the elderly, care for those requiring specialised dementia care, personal care, respite care, palliative care and physical disability care.
Individual nursing care is based upon the changing needs of each resident and emphasis is placed upon a holistic approach to care planning. Residents are given choices about the way their care is provided and they are encouraged to express their preferences which are always respected.
We offered
We have three floors all with their own name: Jasmine, Rose, and Sunningdale.
We are pleased to provide residential care for the elderly and those with physical disability.

Residents are welcome on either a long stay basis or for shorter convalescent, specialist dementia care or respite care. Short term stays may be helpful when a home carer takes a short break or is unavailable for whatever reason.
Our standard of care is regularly monitored by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and we strive to meet our and your highest standards.
We employ an activities organiser and assistant who provide daily entertainment and activities for all the residents.
Quizzes, craft sessions, sing-a-longs, music exercises and reminiscence discussions are just a small selection of the activities we have on offer.
We also arrange outings for the more mobile residents.
Residents are encouraged to join in all activities according to their own preferences and their wishes are always respected. We can also arrange visits from religious representatives if you so wish.
Facilities
Catering
Home cooked meals are provided 3 times a day from our highly trained chefs.
Meals are carefully planned to cater for all tastes, likes and dislikes. We aim to combine favourite foods into a well balanced diet.
Special dietary needs such vegetarian, halal, kosher, diabetic and puree are all catered for. Any other religious or ethnic dietary needs can also be catered for by arrangement.
Our staff are always there to assist those who need help during meal times.
Equipment
Comfort and care are greatly assisted by the provision of specialist equipment,
Specialist baths, hoists, beds and mattresses are amongst the items that make this comfort a reality.
Each room is equipped with a sophisticated nurse call system.
Health & Beauty
Our home has its own hairdressing salon and residents can enjoy regular visits by the hairdresser. Manicures, pedicures and aromatherapy can be arranged by request.
Dental care and optician visits can easily be arranged.
Laundry
All laundry needs are attended to by our in house team of laundry assistants, and we place a great emphasis upon highest standards to ensure efficient service and careful handling of our residents clothing.
Name tapes are advised on all items of personal clothing.
Library
We have a library of books and videos for all to enjoy and audio cassettes for our partially sighted residents.
