If you want food like this at your own table

Eating like this does not have to stay on your screen.

I still have limited private chef dates open this year for
• Home dinners and celebrations in the Cotswolds and London
• Retreats and small events across the UK
• A short run of bookings in UAE and the Middle East while I am out here

My job is simple.
You relax, enjoy your guests, and I handle the food, flow and feel of the night.

If you have a birthday, anniversary, retreat or work event in mind, send me a message with location and rough dates and we can see what is possible.

This year is not about punishment
If you take one thing from the last few weeks, let it be this
You do not need punishment to feel better in your body.
You need rhythm.
Regular meals
Real food
Water
Movement you can actually stick to
Sleep that is not an afterthought
Forget chasing perfect.
Aim for repeatable.

That is where your energy, strength and confidence really come from.

January trips people up because they chase perfection instead of rhythm.
Every meal tracked. Every workout planned. No room for real life.

Then something small throws the schedule off and it feels like failure.

Here is the truth. The goal was never perfection. It was progress.
If you ate one proper meal today and moved your body, that is a win.
If you made one better choice than last week, that counts.

That is the mindset I teach my coaching clients all year long, across the Cotswolds, London, and online around the world.
Stop chasing flawless. Start chasing repeatable.

One change that is actually worth keeping this year
Forget a list of resolutions you will forget by February.
If you could only make one small change this year

What would it be?
Something real
Better sleep?
More home cooked food?
Less mindless snacking?
More walks?

Drop yours in the comments.

Next week I will share a few ways to make those stick long term.

This is why my clients actually stick to it

Anyone can meal prep and eat perfectly for a week.
The real test is week eight when you are tired, late, or eating in the car between clients.

This wrap is a perfect example. Quick, balanced, tastes good, no drama.
That is the point.

You do not need a flawless plan.
You need simple habits that work when life does not.

That is what I teach. Systems that fit real people, not fitness robots.
I coach clients across the Cotswolds, London, and online around the UK and internationally.

If you want your food to feel this easy again, send me a message and let us sort it.

This is why most people crash by mid January...
First week of January always feels easy.
New routine. New energy. New plan.

Then week two hits and it all falls apart.
Most people go too hard and too strict.
They cut everything they enjoy, overtrain, undereat, and expect motivation to carry them.
It never lasts.
Start smaller.

Add instead of only taking away.
Keep your meals real, your movement realistic, and your sleep consistent.
That is how you actually keep progress going.

The first proper meal of the year
Everyone’s talking about “starting clean.”

Keep it simpler.
Grilled chicken or fish
Roasted veg
Some rice or potatoes
Good olive oil and sea salt
Real food.
Nothing fancy.

Exactly what your body wants after a wild December.
Happy New Year!
Start it with balance, not extremes.

End the year how you actually want to start the next one
No pressure. No fake “new me” energy.
Eat something you love.

Be around people who make you laugh.
Let go of everything that made this year heavy.
You don’t need a perfect plan. Just intention.

Happy New Year from me to you.
See you on the other side - cheers!

Don’t wait for January to feel better.
You don’t need a full reset to get back on track. Just a bit of rhythm.
Start small this week.
Drink more water.
Get outside for a walk.
Add a healthy element to your plate.

That’s it.
Do that and you’ll roll into January already feeling lighter, not starting from zero.
