It was wonderful to see so many of you join the 'Subtle Energy Healing' CPD event with Yoga Focus last week. It was really encouraging that the tickets sold out for this first event.
So, we're looking forward to the next Yoga Therapy CPD course run by Vicky Arundel (Experienced and fantastic Yoga Therapist specialising in Musculoskeletal conditions and chronic pain). She will be delivering training on 5th November 6-8pm on line.
These CPD sessions are for qualified yoga teachers interested in yoga therapy, health professionals and for yoga therapists for improving their skills.

Wonderful to be back teaching yoga therapy at The World Yoga Festival, Henley-on-Thames again. Such an authentic, genuine festival spreading the word of True yoga, that is ' Yogas citta vritti nirodhah' .....to calm the fluctuations of the Mind.

Definitely go next year if you haven't been before !
