I’ve had a few phone hiccups recently and seem to have lost some customer details. If you were the one asking about Chamomile loose tea, I now have it back in stock — but sadly I don’t have your number anymore.

As children head back to school, so do the sniffles, sneezes, and coughs. Now’s the time to strengthen immune defences and keep your family well.” I will be at the Old Bank Hotel this Friday 12.15 until 3.15pm with some of your favourite products and a customer collection point. I’m still waiting for 2 lost boxes but will reach out to anybody awaiting a delivery in the next 48 hours with some good news 🤞. If you would like any local honey please let me know. I’m still waiting on deliveries that have been delayed by postal choices from my wholesalers, along with some boxes lost by DHL. I’ll keep you updated as soon as your products arrive if you’re waiting on an order.

A little request if possible — please try not to leave it until your supplement pot is empty before reordering. Some customers are now placing advanced orders which really helps me plan ahead and ensures I can order in plenty of time. I will keep you informed at all stages.

As I’m now the “middle man,” I don’t have the stock, space, or cash flow of the shop, so your support and patience mean a lot. I know you have other options without the advice when needed and I truly appreciate you choosing to stay with me ❤️

I will be holding a customer collection point at the Old Bank Hotel on Thursday 11th Sept and will be reaching out tomorrow to all customers that are awaiting orders. There has been a delay with a supplier, not to worry if you can’t make Thursday at midday I will make other arrangements with you. Please shout if there’s anything you need me to take along for you x 😊
