Struggling with Menopause & now no struggles at all!
Cathy had very nearly given up on herself and put her weight gain down to getting older, the menopause and that this is just how life will be moving forward. Cathy then saw a friends result from the club and thought hold on maybe this could be the last thing I try and decided to not give up on herself.
Thank goodness Cathy didn’t! Look at her now & even more importantly her health stats are incredible! She’s gained 3lbs of lean muscle mass, dropped body fat for fun and now has the physique of an athlete with how high her muscle mass is for her age 👊🏼👊🏼 This is incredible! Her health stats are amazing are Cathy is 59 years old and her body thinks she’s 43 🙌🏻👊🏼
If you’re 59 and you’ve given up on you Cathy is proof to ignore society, age is just a number and we can feel a million dollars if we get our nutrition right!

Susie came in covered up…
Avoided jeans.
Hated photos.
Nothing Susie tried was working.

Incredible transformation here! Well done Laura.
Laura was so unhappy in herself but the final straw and tipping point was seeing a photo of herself from behind and she thought, no, enough is enough I need to make changes.
Best decision Laura ever made, look at her now! But the biggest transformation is the one you can’t see, the mental transformation. This result has been lifechanging for Laura, she feels incredible and is no longer being held back worrying about how she looks, dressing to cover up, always wearing a jacket and never taking it off regardless of how hot, comparing herself to others - the list goes on NOT NO MORE!

Sarah had lost herself and felt very unhappy with her weight gain. Just wanted to hide away, cover up and blend in! Nothing was working! Whahoooo got started in the club and as you can see it’s definitely worked!
Last year Sarah would only wear black swimsuits to hide and blend in & this year she is bikini shopping and excited to feel amazing round the pool 👙❤️🫶🏼
