Current classes at The Old Chapel, Chislehurst (just behind Caffe Nero on the High Street). Mon 6.50-7.50pm - Beginners
Mon 8-9pm - Mixed Ability
Tues 9.30-10.30am - Mixed Ability
Tues 10.40-11.40am - Beginners
Thurs 9.30-10.30am - Mixed Ability
Thurs 6.50-7.50pm - Beginners
Thurs 8-9pm - Mixed Ability
Friday 9.30-10.30am - Mixed Ability

Classes booked in block of normally 7/8 weeks (£70/£80). Private 1:1 / Group Sessions
At your home, by appointment.
£35 for introductory session, then £45 per hour for 1:1s. Small group costs available on enquiry.

Our Pilates classes, at the Old Chapel in the centre of Chislehurst, are almost full for the run in to Easter. If you'd like to join us, there are a couple of spaces at 8am and 9.20am on a Tuesday (mixed ability). Drop us a message for more info!

If you're a beginner or seasoned Pilates fan, we have a range of classes to choose from, all run from the lovely Old Chapel in the centre of Chislehurst. Merry Christmas!
What a year it's been for Pilates Body Lab. More classes added to our timetable, lots of lovely clients and fab stories of how much Pilates has helped everyone - from picking up and playing with granchildren being so much easier, to runners running faster, to my lovely photographer client who can hold her camera for longer without any shoulder pain, to providng a haven for clients who have lost loved ones. I know that Pilates can't fix everything, but it can defintely help in more ways than one.
We're currently booking classes for the new year but places are limited. We'd love for you to join us, so please do get in touch as soon as you can. All levels are welcome. Our timetable, at the Old Chapel in the centre of Chislehurst, is on our website, www.pilatesbodylab.co.uk.

Happy Monday!
Don't feel like exercising on rainy days like these? It's always worth heading out to the warm and dry Old Chapel, in the centre of Chislehurst, where we have 9 fun and friendly Pilates classes a week on Monday evenings, and Tuesday and Friday mornings.
We're just booking for the new block starting on the 4th November and there are a few spots across the timetable. Let's get strong and limber for the festive season and beyond! Please DM for more details.

Our Friday 8am class is proving so popular, we're looking to add another 8am class on a Tuesday to our timetable, taking us to 10 classes a week at this gorgeous hall - the Old Chapel, just off Chislehurst High Street.
