Claire has been trained to the highest standards in Holistic, Swedish, Deep Tissue, Clinical and Remedial Massage, and Facilitated Sports Stretching. She uses techniques such as Myofascial Release (MFR), Trigger Point Therapy, passive and active stretching to enhance the effectiveness of each treatment.
